PHT is looking for an admin officer/ clerk:

The expected duties and responsibilites are as follow:-

  • Carrying out any other general duties associated with maintaining the PHT office.
  • Attend PHT management and sub committee meetings, and provide support for general correspondence.
  • Handling merchandising of goods in the office and issue receipt.
  • Book keeping of all financial trasactioon of the trust.
  • Provide assistant for coordinating PHT talks and events. Timetabling and scheduling, venue, logistic arrangement and materials procurement.
  • Assist the Manager to coordinate PHT activities such as fund raising, heritage tours, site visits, and any other activities run by the PHT Council or its sub-committees.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of membership records, subscriptions and mailing, merchandise sale.
  • Provide information, guidance and advice for walk-in visitors..
  • Upkeep of news clippings related to heritage, social and urban issues.
